We are currently seeking a full-time Bridge Project Manager to join our bridge team in any of our MN, IA, and/or IL offices. Hybrid and flexible work arrangements are available based upon experience. This individual will partner with our experienced team of bridge designers to provide project management and structural design expertise on state and local bridge projects in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, and Iowa.

Responsibilities

The work you may do

Provide project management for state and local bridge projectsPrepare structural design calculations for bridges and other transportation structuresProvide leadership and mentoring to graduate engineersPerform field investigations to evaluate structural conditions, and develop repair alternativesCommunicate with clients, agencies, stakeholders, and the publicBusiness development related to bridge infrastructure with current and future clients Qualifications

What you bring
Skills & Knowledge / Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required with an emphasis in structures preferred5+  years of prior bridge design experience requiredPE license in Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, or Iowa requiredAutoCAD and/or MicroStation proficiency preferredThe ideal candidate will have experience coordinating with Departments of TransportationPrevious experience with project management and client relationships preferredMust have exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as solid leadership and collaboration skillsThis position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
