Position Overview: The Project Manager is a critical role responsible for managing all aspects of our facility. This includes overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the building, managing the structural steel, steel fabrication and steel design, coordinating security, fire and safety systems, and conducting regular inspections. The Facilities Manager is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, maintain, and improve the facility, including structural steel, steel fabrication, and steel designCoordinate security, fire, and safety systemsEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and standardsConduct regular inspections and maintenance activitiesDevelop and implement plans for facility maintenance and improvementManage facility budget and resourcesDevelop and maintain good relationships with staff, contractors, and suppliers
Qualifications:
