Project Manager - Tactical Solutions Strategy & Capture
**Job Description** **US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED** \#LI-SMOOT This position is for a Project Manager in support of development and execution within the Strategy and Capture Organization within the Tactical Solutions (TS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU). Responsibilities will encompass customer relationship and contact planning and execution, and new intern process deployment including Life Cycle Management throughout the capture phase. Coordinating all aspects of TS Strategy development including planning the annual strategy development cycle with the strategy team and Washington Operations, development of content package, deployment and communication across the organization including all interfaces with Strategic Support Units. This individual must regularly exercise sound independent judgment, initiative, ability to handle sensitive information discretely, and ensure projects are completed on time and accurately. The Tactical Solutions Strategic Business Unit delivers mission system solutions, from specialized antennas to electro-optical technologies, to the warfighter. Our systems enhance the performance of various military platforms, from aircraft and land vehicles to ships and satellites, and give warfighters the advantage they need to take action, identify targets and defend against evolving threats. **What You ll Do:** + Project Manager and Coordinator for the TS Strategy and Capture development team who will support building the customer relationship management and contact plan in collaboration with leaders across TS. + Administer the communication Plan by maintaining plan and distribution lists current and complete, coordinate and deliver communication flow down, and organize and execute other means of organizational communication. + Work with the Director of Strategy and capture to develop, review, refine, publish, and maintain standard templates and tools. + Establish content management for the Strategy and Capture team. + Receive top level direction, seek clarification where needed, break down higher level goals into more immediate tasks, arrange those tasks in a coherent plan and communicate that vision to a wide range of team members and stakeholders. + Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule. + Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment. + Perform other duties as necessary. **On-Site Work Environment:** This position requires regular in-person engagement by working **on-site five days** each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required. **Working Conditions:** + Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor s degree plus 4 or more years related experience. + Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master s Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience.Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education. **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $81156 - $137964 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
