**Responsibilities** 1. **Primary Duties:** including but not limited to: a. **Quoting & Estimating** a. Maintain quoting systems b. Collaborate with customers (internal & external) to understand requirements c. Quote work utilizing performance data & working with job leaders/department leads 1. a. **Project Management:** a. Define and operate to scope of work b. Create and maintain timelines c. Monitor progress through each phase d. Problem-solve issues that may arise e. Manage budget through each phase and by detail f. Collaborate with customers throughout the project g. Analyze project performance upon completion **Qualifications** 1. **Qualifications / Education Required** : a. Proficient knowledge of computers, specifically Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Teams b. Strong verbal and written communication skills c. Ability to work independently or in teams 2. **Preferred Skills / Experience** : a. Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical Engineering/Plastic Engineering) or equivalent experience b. Ability to analyze data and make sound recommendations c.
