Ultimately responsible for execution of project tasks and deliverables. + Act as a mentor to junior staff and enhance the current high-performance culture. + Ensure all quality processes and requirements are continuously followed. + Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related technical field) + 10+ years of total experience in the industry + Professional Engineer (PE) registration is required + Experience in project delivery + Background in technical design, including knowledge of traffic modeling, and other technical design projects + Excellent written and oral communicator with experience interfacing with the client or subcontractors + Some exposure to business and administrative project-related tasks, which may include scope, schedule, budget, and staffing + TxDOT experience is required **Minimum Clearance Required to Start:** Not Applicable/None This position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team.
