Project Manager Trainee (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Project Manager Trainee (m/f/d) to join our Project Execution Team!

In this role you will be responsible for:Assisting the Project Manager, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;Managing on-site relationship with the client and stakeholders;Managing the on-site works and materials;Implementing tasks related to internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects;Assisting the PM ensuring resource availability and allocation;Monitoring a detailed project plan and track progress;Assisting the PM in Managing changes to the project scope, project timeline and project costs using appropriate verification techniques;Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques;Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation;Assisting the PM on Meeting budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis;Implementing comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members;Developing spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs;Understanding contract requirements and claims process;Understanding our technical solution and be able to redesign (with our engineering department) solutions to present to the costumer in for of a VO;Analyzing our Schedule and be able to analyze different scenarios to present to the costumer;Assuring full alignment with all Health and Safety requirements in all the claims, including reporting all accidents, near accidents and hazards;Understanding of emerging trends and producing informative management reports;Working with teams and people at all levels from Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Legal and Commercial.We are looking for someone who has:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or similar;Fluency in both Portuguese and English;Availability for domestic and international travels with possibility to work abroad, when needed.What you can expect from us:
