Labcorp is seeking a Project Manager V to provide expertise and support for the operations team within specific functional areas, with additional specialization in pre- and post-analytical laboratory processes. This role owns the integration process and supports internal stakeholders by providing recommendations, expertise, project status updates, and risk assessments for the Clinical Contact Center.
The Project Manager will lead and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integrations and customer experiences related to process flow, technology, and personnel. This position also works cross-functionally to solve problems and drive innovation.
Duties and Responsibilities
Execute integration strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure smooth transitions.
Conduct cost structure reviews, develop plans and models, and ensure compliance with budget guidelines.
Coordinate tasks across relevant stakeholders for telephony or laboratory conversions, minimizing disruptions.
Foster a culture of coaching, trust, innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence within the team.
Implement and uphold process standardization guidelines to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Utilize expertise in pre- and post-analytical process flows to design optimal staffing requirements for integrated work.
Develop, edit, and communicate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in alignment with Labcorp standards.
Design and document workflows using Visio, identifying efficiencies to enhance process flows.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
3 years of experience in a contact center and/or pre- and post-analytical areas of healthcare laboratory operations.
Strong leadership, influence, and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey content across various platforms.
Familiarity with contact center telephony platforms and healthcare laboratory process flows.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in medical lab science, business, data analytics, or finance.
5 years of experience in contact centers and pre- and post-analytical laboratory process flows.
Demonstrated success in applying project management principles.
Certification or knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with telephony systems and electronic healthcare systems, ensuring effective support for all Labcorp teams.
Working Conditions
Travel may be required (10-15%) depending on project needs.
Occasional on-call duty may be necessary for enterprise support.
This role may be remote or office-based, depending on location.
The role may involve working across time zones, with a preferred schedule of 8 AM - 5 PM EST.

Pay Range: $91,000 - $115,000
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan. Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers.
