Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for the development of Virtual Machines and Multimedia assets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Instructional Designers, multimedia developers, modality Engineering, and IT specialists, to ensure project objectives are met.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure all multimedia content meets quality standards and aligns with training objectives.Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resourcesRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Graphic Design, Instructional Design, or a related field; or 8 years of relevant experienceMinimum of 6 years of experience in project management, preferably in technical training, multimedia development, or IT.Understanding of Virtual Machines, Virtual Hands-On content, Videography, and Virtual / Augmented Reality.Proven experience with Agile project management methodologies.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Rally.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
