Skills needed:
Should have strong PM skills;
Should have MDM background (at least 1 MDM implementation);
Awareness of SDLC methods - agile, waterfall, etc.;
Proficient and has used at least 1 - 2 project management tools (PPM, teamplayer, etc.) where they have tracked timelines, budgets, requirements, bugs, release cycles, RFC's, deployment plans and status reports;
Development team - cross functional collaboration w/ more than one source (e.g.: SFDC, EBS, EDW, etc.);
Business collaboration - demonstrates proven track record for working closely with business community and understands their needs around project management, timelines;
Siebel UCM application experience.
Strong communication skills;
Good negotiation skills.
