Detailed Job Description:

Mandatory Qualifications:

Two (2) years of Project Management experience planning and managing a Salesforce implementation. Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Desirable Qualifications:

A minimum of two (2) years of experience with implementation of Salesforce Customer Community for Public Sector Organizations. Current Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI - ACP) certification issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
