Project Manager - Youngstown Medical Group

The Project Manager supports the medical group and system leaders involved in Provider onboarding and offboarding at all levels. The Project Manager is the point of contact for the provider during the onboarding process for any questions or needs they may have during the 120 day onboarding process. The Project Manager will be the main point of contact for any communication re: the onboarding/offboarding process within the medical group.

II. Employment Qualifications

Required

· Bachelor's degree in health related or business field

· Previous experience in managing multiple projects concurrently

· Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PowerPoint

· Proven change management skills

· Process/performance improvement experience

· Demonstrated excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills

· Commitment to a person-centered, faith based, mission centered philosophy

Preferred

Master’s degree in health related field or business field· Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

III. Essential Job Functions

1.  Provide operational support and guidance of provider onboarding/offboarding to  medical group managers and above.

2. Develop and execute plans to ensure providers are onboarded within the 120 day onboarding timeline

3.  Facilitate Bi-Weekly meetings with managers/directors to ensure timely completion of items on onboarding checklist for operational needs of providers.

4.  Coordinate Immigration needs with medical staff office. 

5. Report on progress of onboarding/offboarding and escalate any items that would prohibit an on time onboard/offboard to leadership throughout the life cycle of the projects with particular emphasis on clinical implications'

6. Build and maintain relationships through the creation of cross functional teams in support of the onboarding/offboarding of providers.

7.  Ensure provider is added to PIT sheet to initiate the onboarding process 

8.  Ensure provider directory is updated as each new provider onboards/offboards.
