We are seeking highly organized and motivated Project Managers to oversee application and data integration projects, with a strong emphasis on SAP integration. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering integration solutions that align with business needs, meet project timelines, and ensure quality outcomes.
This opportunity has a hybrid expectation for the selected candidate to work on-site in an office 3 days per week. Preference will be given to candidates who can complete the role from our Miramar, FL or Dallas, TX offices.
• Lead end-to-end project management for application and data integration initiatives, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and create detailed project plans.
• Ensure seamless integration with SAP systems, aligning projects with best practices and organizational goals.
• Manage project resources, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies effectively and proactively.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and third-party vendors to ensure project alignment and delivery.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and change logs on a timely basis.
• Proactively identify and resolve project roadblocks to ensure successful delivery.
• Foster clear and open communication across teams, providing regular updates to stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is strongly preferred.
• Timeliness, accuracy, and professionalism.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on data integration and application integration projects.
• Familiarity in the HR space and SAP modules a plus
• Solid understanding of data integration methodologies, APIs, and middleware technologies.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Planview).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies and ability to work in a hybrid environment

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $61,100 - $168,900.
