Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion | Leads or

coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, troubleshooting and team

leadership | Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or

resource additions | Responsibilities are within the Program Management Function as a generalist

or in a combination of Disciplines

Major Position Responsibilities

Manages all aspects of complex projects throughout the project lifecycle: planning, scope

definition, design, execution, and delivery.

· Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other

stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are

communicated.

· Assists with the selection, negotiation, and managing of all activities regarding external

consultants or vendors.

· Utilizes appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines.

· Plans and facilitates project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and to

track project tasks.

· Prepares agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries.

· Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators,

and prepares reports to senior management.

· Monitors task completion status to identify at risk project tasks and to develop mitigation

plans.

· Allocates resources, budgets, and hours to the project and adjusts allocations when

necessary.

Basic Qualifications

Required Education: Associate's Degree OR Equivalent Combination of Relevent Education & Experience

Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree

Discipline/Major: Business degree or related discipline preferred.

Additional Certifications: Project Management Certification preferred.

Years and Area of Experience (required for the role): 2-4 years of relevant experience

Pay Range (USD) $65,450.00 - $121,550.00 Pay Transparency Statement The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the range during the hiring process. Additional Compensation Hired applicant may be eligible to participate in the Company’s Gain Sharing Program.
