Plans, monitors and manages projects from initiation through completion | Leads or coordinates project planning and progress reporting using data driven analysis| Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions | Responsibilities are within the Program Management Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines. | Retrieves, analyzes and summarizes business, operations, customer and/or economic data to develop business intelligence, optimize effectiveness and/or predict business outcomes |Develops pricing strategies to meet customers' needs while providing a profit for the organization

Major Position Responsibilities Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, external customers, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated.Mines, processes, and analyzes internal and external data using KPIs, business results, industry sources, competitor intelligence, and customer information.Assists with the selection, negotiation, and managing of all activities regarding external customers.Utilizes appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines.Plans and facilitates project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and to track project tasks. Support program management and business development as needed to increase revenue and sales goals.Liaises with internal and external customers regarding order status on both production and return material orders.Collects and analyzes data relating to current and predicted market conditions, cost overhead, or competition pricing to recommend pricing strategies or standardizing pricing guidelines.Consistent exercise of discretion & judgment.May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or may have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives.Manages multiple medium to high complexity processes, projects within a program, or a program with cross-functional teams working on projects with multiple external dependencies and various methodologies.Works independently, receives minimal guidance. Basic Qualifications

Required Education And Experience: Associate's Degree and 5-7 years experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevent Education &/or Experience.

Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree

Discipline/Major: Business degree or related discipline preferred.

Additional Certifications: Project Management Certification preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Oral and written communication skills. Ability to build collaborative relationships. Detail oriented. Ability to meet deadlines. Fit/Gap Analysis. Needs Analysis. Critical Professional Related Technical Skills; Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:Less than 25% travel likely.

 

Pay Range (USD) Min $85,733- Max $159,218.00 Additional Compensation Hired applicant may be eligible to participate in the Company’s Gain Sharing Program.
