Reporting to the MNC (Multinationals) Head of Regional Organization & Change, the Project Officer supports globally distributed MNC teams in delivering MNC World Programs. You will manage one or more assigned projects, performing detailed data analysis and working with business and group teams to address reporting and tool requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

Gather all reports used by MNC (Multinationals) teams worldwide. Identify duplicates, merge reports where possible, and streamline existing tools. Collect relevant information from Allianz Trade group teams. Compare current reports with those available in the target IT platform. Conduct a detailed Gap Analysis. Collaborate with the MNC finance team on financial reporting needs. Prioritize gaps by assessing their business impact and providing evidence. Create business requirements in Jira aligned with the identified gaps.

Hard Skills:

Strong business analysis skills. In-depth understanding of business processes. Proficiency in JIRA, X-Ray, and Confluence. Ability to comprehend dependencies and business impacts. Excellent analytical skills and structured thinking. Expertise in Excel and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership. Capacity to deliver training sessions. Agile and open-minded approach.
