Job ID#207908** **Job Description:** Looking for a Senior Staff Integrated Program Planner (mid-career level) to join our mission supporting our Commercial Civil Space (CCS) line of business at our Highlands Ranch facility in CO. **In this role, you will:** -Partner with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions. -Responsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy. -Provides the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts. -Ensures all commitments are tracked, monitored and statused. -Prepares/coordinates the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response. -Interfaces with program management, senior management and the customer as the programs planning integrator. -Ensures vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts. -Devises modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments. -Utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance. **Basic Qualifications :** • 4-5 years of previous planning/scheduling experience • Earned Value Management experience • Ability to perform critical path and risk analyses • Ability to communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines • Thrives in fast-paced environments and demonstrates a willingness to adjust to changing priorities • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills •Past Lockheed Martin Space Experience **Desired skills :** • Experience with Microsoft Project Server, Open Plan, Acumen, and One Pager Pro • Understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle of a spacecraft/satellite program • Understanding of the Program Performance Management Process • Demonstrated competency in integrating cost/schedule • Prior team lead experience • Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team • Strong sense of follow-up and closure with attention to detail • Self-starter able to operate with minimal guidance • Desire and willingness to support dynamic proposal activities • Strong influencing and relationship management skills Job Requirements Minimum Security Clearance: No Clearance **VEVRAA Federal Contractor / Request Priority Protected Veteran Referrals / Equal Opportunity Employer / Veterans / Disabled** To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please visit **http://www.tadpgs.com/candidate-privacy/** or **https://pdsdefense.com/candidate-privacy/** The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: + The California Fair Chance Act + Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance + Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance VEVRAA Federal Contractor / Request Priority Protected Veteran Referrals / Equal Opportunity Employer / Veterans / Disabled
