Project Planner
Senior Staff Integrated Program Planner Location: Littleton, CO Job ID: #70155 Pay Range: $44-60 12 months contract The deadline to apply is 12/06/2024 Job Description In this role, you will: -Partner with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions. -Responsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy. -Provides the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts. -Ensures all commitments are tracked, monitored and statused. -Prepares/coordinates the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response. -Interfaces with program management, senior management and the customer as the programs planning integrator. -Ensures vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts. -Devises modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments. -Utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance. Basic Qualifications : • 4-5 years of previous planning/scheduling experience • Earned Value Management experience • Ability to perform critical path and risk analyses • Ability to communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines • Thrives in fast-paced environments and demonstrates a willingness to adjust to changing priorities • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills •Past Experience of any major DOD companies where they have held a position as a Planner/scheduler • Experience with Microsoft Project Server, Open Plan, Acumen, and One Pager Pro Desired skills : • Understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle of a spacecraft/satellite program • Understanding of the Program Performance Management Process • Demonstrated competency in integrating cost/schedule • Prior team lead experience • Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team • Strong sense of follow-up and closure with attention to detail • Self-starter able to operate with minimal guidance • Desire and willingness to support dynamic proposal activities • Strong influencing and relationship management skills Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is proud to provide an equal opportunity workplace and be an affirmative action employer.
