The successful candidate will effectively support our Customer Project Managers in executing the Fulfillment Assignment Specifications (FAS), ensuring successful project outcomes. This role calls for a commitment to compliance with group directives, legal and financial directives, global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS), data security and privacy principles, and a mindfulness towards employing relevant approved processes and tools.

What you will do:

- Administer Project Library, Project Planning Tools, and associated data with a focus on timely, accurate reporting of project status and thorough document version control.

- Support in managing Supplier Payments by estimating, tracking, and regulating payment schedules.

- Secure effective execution of the Fulfillment Assignment Specifications (FAS).

- Uphold strict compliance to group directives, legal and financial directives, and global and local E+OHS policies.

- Safeguard data security and privacy principles with extreme diligence.

- Utilize approved processes and tools to optimize efficiency.
