Job Description: Planner

Compensation & Benefits:

Duration: 12 months, renewable.

Location: Near Milan, Italy.

Industry: Data Centre or Oil & Gas background preferred.

About the Company: A leading firm in data centre and infrastructure construction, expanding operations in Italy.

Role Overview: Seeking a mid-senior Planner (3-5 years experience) to support scheduling, monitoring, and project execution for a data center build.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors for updates.

Track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.

Support resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies.

Prepare reports and ensure compliance with project standards.

Qualifications:

3-5 years in planning large-scale construction (data centers, Oil & Gas, power sector preferred).

Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.

Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in English (Italian is a plus).

Willingness to work in Italy with potential site visits.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in multinational, complex projects.

Knowledge of HSE regulations in infrastructure.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
