Your role and responsibilities•\tDevelop project schedules, including preparation of work packages, task dependencies and du-ration, setting milestones, defining critical paths and resource optimization.•\tGather the data necessary to progress and update project schedules. Control deadlines and project timelines and optimize project schedules based on gathered data. •\tMonitor project budget costs. Compare budgets approved in SAP against costs entered in Pri-mavera.•\tAnalyze project progress and deviations from the approved reference and analyze the effects of possible delays. Suggest corrective actions and adjust schedules accordingly.•\tIdentify potential project resource allocation conflicts and suggest an optimal use of re-sources.•\tMaintain and track scope changes and consolidate and analyze project indicators.•\tPrepare and analyze long term, mid-term and short-term budget revenues and expenses fore-casts.•\tSupport project managers and teams in strategic and detailed project planning.•\tSupport Time Sheets entries.•\tContribute to the improvement of our Project Management process and tools.
Qualifications for the roleCollege degree in administration with pertinent experience.Five (5) years of experience in project planning (MS-Project or Primavera and cost control.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Office).SAP knowledge is an asset. Contractual terms knowledge is also an asset.Care for order and quality, attention to detail.Good at managing time and workload.Autonomy, ease of adaptation/versatility.Bilingualism (French/English). French is required. English is required as this position will service internal and external clients from other provinces.
