Key responsabilities
Join our dynamic Travel Demand Management team at Allianz Partners, located in Saint-Ouen, France. This team plays a pivotal role in steering global IT initiatives across the Travel line of business (LoB). You will oversee initiatives across Travel and Banks sectors, serving as the primary interface between Global functions, Business Units, and our IT providers.
As a Project Manager, you will contribute to the success of Travel initiatives by ensuring the effective prioritization, planning, and optimization of business demands. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape global investment strategies, collaborating closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including global and regional business leaders, delivery teams, and IT providers.
Through this role, you will have the main following responsabilities:
Consolidating and tracking the regional and global demand pipeline for the Travel line of business, including strategic programs, projects, enhancements, and change requests. Collaborating with the delivery teams to ensure alignment and progress. Leading prioritization forums with stakeholders at various levels, from operations to the board, and preparing quarterly business reviews. Defining and maintaining a 3-month roadmap in partnership with the LoB and delivery teams. Planning, monitoring and tracking of the IT investments to ensure cost efficiency. Driving the deployment of the demand management process and new ways of working while ensuring strong governance and effective change management across Business Units.
What you bring
5/7 years of experience in Demand Management, Project management, PMO and/or a consultancy role. Experience in Budget monitoring and IT cost management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven organizational, and value driven mindset skills, with high problem-solving capabilities. Ability to inspire and influence stakeholders in a matrix organization with diverse & different cultures across the globe. Knowledge of Agile software development tools and methodologies, and excellent skills in Jira, PPT and Excel. Master’s degree in information technology or Business administration or an equivalent degree. Fluent in written and verbal communication in English. French or German is a plus.
