Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

You are the primary point of contact from the ES Headquarter Strategic Procurement Organization for Project Procurement Managers/ Procurement Experts in the regional procurement organizations, adressing ES Procurement related support and issue resolution in projectsYou will provide proactive support and guidance for all ES relevant procurement activities, ensuring adherence to global best-practice processes and standardsYou will conduct necessary project procurement related trainings for ES related country procurement organizationsYou will monitor relevant countries' Purchasing Volume, CNI (Contribution to net income result) and identify CNI opportunitiesYou will keep Project Procurement Managers/Procurement Experts in the regions informed about upcoming and current projects to enhance early involvementYou will develop, implement and continuously improve standard procurement tools and processes, overseeing global governance of ES related procurement functionsYou will support relevant countries in negotiations and contract preparation for medium and high-volume ES projects when neededYou will define and implement a global negotiation concept to maximize saving against competitors which work with Siemens Healthineers as critical suppliersAs Supplier Account Manager you will create global or region-based frame contracts and manage contracts effectively

Your qualifications and experience:

You have a university degree in business administration, supply chain management or engineeringYou have long-term experience in strategic procurementDo you already have many years of well-founded professional experience and further qualifications in this field, but no degree? Then we also look forward to receiving your applicationYou are also well-versed in handling Microsoft Office applications, Power BI and have experience with SAP You have strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills in order to enable successful collaboration with our suppliersYou are able to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends and changes in supply and demand

Excellent English language skills are essential for your area of responsibility.
