Job Description
Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. Oversees all aspects of projects/program. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program. May require a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
Responsibilities
+ Coordinate and complete projects/programs
+ Oversee all aspects of projects/programs
+ Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress
+ Summarize progress and prepare status reports for upper management
+ Perform qualitative/quantitative research around Prime Video
+ Collaborate with stakeholders and other departments
+ Lead research projects and direct the work of others
+ Create surveys using Qualtrics
+ Design and lead usability studies and UX research
+ Manage vendor relationships, specifically sample providers
+ Manage panels
+ Conduct global or multi-market research
Essential Skills
+ 5+ years of experience
+ Qualtrics survey creation
+ Experience with C-SAT, trackers, etc.
+ Qualitative and quantitative research
+ Leading and designing usability studies/UX research
+ Vendor management
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Experience managing panels
+ Global or multi-market research experience
+ Creativity and latitude in planning and accomplishing goals
Work Environment
+ Work Monday to Friday during core hours. This role requires being onsite five days a week. The team works in market research operations focused on TV/Movie/UX research. You will join a global team with members in London, Seattle, New York, etc., and will participate in online social activities. The team is very collaborative, social, and has eclectic and diverse backgrounds. The role involves direct interaction with customers.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $39.00/hr.
