Job Description
We are seeking a Project/Program Manager II to join our dynamic team. This full-time role requires 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday with core hours from 9 AM to 5 PM or 8 AM to 4 PM. The position is primarily remote, with occasional requirements to access the office located in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in project and program management, with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work autonomously.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and complete projects/programs, overseeing all aspects from inception to completion.Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress.Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of projects/programs.Work with multiple stakeholders, including internal stakeholders, the marketing team, the QA team, and product managers.Improve internal team processes and streamline operations.Handle data and reporting according to established guidelines.Lead and direct the work of others, using creativity and judgment to accomplish goals.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in a related field.4-7 years of experience in project/program management.Proficiency in Excel.Experience with engagement trends and basic data analysis (4-6 years).Strong stakeholder management skills (4-6 years).Ability to work autonomously and explain results clearly.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Qualtrics or general survey creation.Past experience with voice of customer/feedback programs.Knowledge in marketing and analytics.
