Amazon is seeking a Project/Program Manager II to join their team. As a Project/Program Manager II, you will be part of the IT department supporting various internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Project/Program Manager II
**Location: Arlington, Virginia**
**What's the Job?**
+ Responsible for the coordination and completion of IT Cabling projects/programs.
+ Oversees all aspects of projects, setting deadlines and assigning responsibilities.
+ Monitors and summarizes progress of project/program and prepares reports for upper management.
+ Partners with design consultants and internal customers to standardize structured cabling and server room designs.
+ Collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive best practices.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
+ Familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the IT field.
+ Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
+ Strong IT background with knowledge of networking, WiFi, AV, Security, PDU, UPS, and Smart Building technologies.
+ Ability to lead and direct the work of others with a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
