Job Description
Responsible for coordinating and maintaining ongoing risk management projects and programs in a complex environment. The coordinator will oversee aspects of existing projects including monitoring progress, preparing status reports for upper management, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. They will work closely with compliance leads and business partners to maintain mechanisms and program controls that reduce risk for our operations.

+ Support cross-functional stakeholder groups across various levels of the organization.
Essential Skills
+ Strong analytical and communication skills.
+ Experience in compliance audit or risk management.
+ Familiarity with relevant DOT regulations.
+ Proficiency in standard office software and applications.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, PM or related field.
+ Minimum of 4-7 years of relevant experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with MS Office, Excel data analytics (pivot tables, etc.), SQL (query writing).
+ Comfortable with ambiguity and tactical work.
+ Ability to make judgment calls.
+ Salesforce, Tableau, QuickSight, PowerBI experience is a plus.
+ Regulatory background and vendor portal software experience are nice to have.
Work Environment
The work environment involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The role requires proficiency with office software and data analytics tools. The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting is essential.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00
