Project Quality Manager

We are actively seeking a highly skilled **Project Quality Manager** to join our DDI team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the quality of written deliverables that support an impactful case management system that will greatly benefit our social services agency client. **As the Project Quality Manager, your main responsibilities, under the guidance of the DDI Project Manager, will include:** + Implementing quality management processes throughout the project lifecycle and developing or implementing quality management tools to monitor and enforce adherence to quality assurance (QA) processes for written deliverables. + Implementing and enforcing quality control (QC) procedures to prevent errors and ensure consistency throughout the project. Using discretion and best judgment to apply best practices as needed. + Managing a repository of documented QA processes and QC procedures on SharePoint to support consistent and repeatable application of quality measures throughout all project phases. Continuously revisiting these processes to emphasize ongoing improvement. + Collaborating with team leads to define project scope and coordinate solutions and responses. + Actively identifying areas of improvement and developing action plans to resolve issues. + Collaborating with team leads to define project scope and coordinate solutions and responses. + Proactively identifying areas that need improvement and creating action plans to address those issues. + Ensuring that the project scope is coordinated and consistently represented across all project functions, including but not limited to written deliverables and the project schedule. + Collaborating with the Technical Writer, QA Lead, PM team, and others to resolve systemic issues with written deliverables. Acting as the primary reviewer of all written deliverables and approving their content (documents, schedules, etc.) before releasing them to the client. + Mapping the processes for essential workflows within the project. + Offering quality coaching and guidance to cross-functional teams. **Qualifications** + Have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or English. + Show a strong understanding of quality management principles and methods; experience in Lean Six Sigma is preferred. + Demonstrate proven experience in implementing Quality Improvement and Corrective Action Plans (CAP). + Display expertise in project management and familiarity with the project lifecycle phases. + Show strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Have proficient writing and editing skills. + Show strong command of Word document features, including use of styles. + Possess experience in collaborating directly with clients and developing strong relationships. + Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. + Have experience managing and coaching peers. + Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to identify potential quality issues. + Be self-motivated and disciplined to work effectively in a remote environment. + Able to travel occasionally for meetings, but no more than once per quarter. **Flexible Working** At Conduent, we want you to be yourself. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business needs, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $38,400-$57,600.
