Job Description
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Microsoft Project, coordinating monthly progress with project teams.
- Use Critical Path Method (CPM) Scheduling to identify and address potential delays.
- Create and review CPM schedules for pre-bid and post-award phases to meet owner requirements.
- Collaborate with external Project Schedule Consultants to manage deadlines and updates.
- Write project narratives based on input from managers, superintendents, and estimating teams, focusing on production and budget.
- Attend schedule review meetings with project teams, estimating staff, and clients, and record detailed minutes.
- Assist in developing RFP and proposal schedules for preconstruction and bidding.
- Travel to project sites as needed.

5 days onsite with occasional travel to project sites to assist project team - flexible with one day remote
