At Tutor Perini Civil you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of large, high-profile, projects that impact your community. **_Extraordinary Projects need Exceptional Talent_** **DESCRIPTION:** As a **Project Scheduler** at Tutor Perini Corp., reporting to **the Project Executive,** you will have the opportunity to: + Able to manage and coordinate with the project team(s) to generate the monthly status updates and narrative reports as required and stipulated the Contract Documents of the Owner / Client + Excellent working knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6 + Familiarity with cost, quantity and labor hour loading at the activity and LOE level + Knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and its derivatives CPI and SPI + Ability to read and interpret plans, models, and specifications for the development of schedules + Represent the Company and/or the project in meetings with the project owners, A/E representatives and other Contractors as required + Ensure that the corporate planning and scheduling standards are implemented and that all project related activities comply + Perform additional scheduling related assignments as required such as time impact analyses + Work with Estimating and Preconstruction Department to ensure timely development of bid schedules + Assist in maintaining effective relationships with internal and external clients + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Ability to multi-task + Functions effectively as part of a team + Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times **REQUIREMENTS:** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred but not required + Ten (10) or more years of experience in the construction and or engineering sector in CPM scheduling + Experienced in scheduling for construction projects using Primavera P6 software in the commercial general building sector or civil construction sector + Experienced in scheduling for projects in excess of $750M value + Experienced in development of resource and cost loaded baseline schedules. + Ability to assess of risk and perform forensic delay analysis and time impact assessment in case of project delays and claims + Proficient in P6 and Microsoft Office platforms + Travel to projects sites is required + Excellent written and verbal skills **_Tutor Perini builds extraordinary projects with exceptional talent._** **_Join us and together we will build the future_** **Equal Opportunity Employer**
