Project Scheduler/Analyst
Our BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) Team has an immediate opportunity for a Project Scheduler/Analyst! SCOPE OF SERVICES INCLUDE: * Consulting Engineer will provide as-needed scheduling services including the following: * Development and maintenance of up to 70 detailed project schedules in the Capital Projects, using Primavera P6 scheduling software. * Generate master integrated schedule reports from Enterprise P6 * Provide schedule updates for the Monthly and Quarterly project reporting. * Development of standardized procedures and templates for schedule development, updates, & quality control * Assistance with implementation or training related to standardized procedures. * Support Project managers for Project monthly reports and progress reports (EVM) * Support Project managers to track project changes and re-baseline project schedule as needed. * Participate in lessons learned and risk reviews with project teams DELIVERABLES INCLUDE: * Monthly project schedule updates and reports and change logs * Quarterly master program schedule updates, look-ahead (with one month looking back) * Special reports as requested * New or improved processes and tools as requested * Provide QC of deliverables across the project controls team * Review and provide comments on contractor schedules as needed * Provide documentation of scheduling technique’s as needed At least 3 days per week or as required at BART Headquarters at: 2150 Webster St., Oakland, CA - 94612 * At least 3 years' experience in project scheduling * Proficient in Primavera P6 Enterprise * Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel. etc.) * Strong organizational and time management skills * Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to articulate clearly and concisely * Excellent interpersonal skills working with others * Knowledge of working with cost control and financial analysis * Familiarity with EcoSys, Microsoft Project Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
