This position is responsible for creating, maintaining, and monitoring detailed project timelines by coordinating all aspects of a construction project plan, including activities, resource allocation, work breakdown structures and milestones, to ensure timely completion within budget, while collaborating closely with project managers, lead field personnel, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential delays and proactively address schedule challenges; their key duties include developing baseline schedules, tracking progress, identifying schedule conflicts, proposing corrective actions, and communicating schedule updates to relevant parties.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is desired, though not requiredThree years of direct or indirect construction experience is desired, not requiredProficiency in construction scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsUnderstanding of construction methods and sequencingAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlinesPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
