Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to lead scheduling efforts for all project phases. Each day, you will maintain and analyze actual and forecasted schedules. You will also showcase your expertise by monitoring reports and managing deviations.The work model for the role is: Hybrid {#LI-Hybrid}This role is contributing to the Electrification - Distribution Solutiosn business area and division in Chile. Your main stakeholders will be internal clients, as well as external clients from the Mining and Utilities market segments.You will be mainly accountable for:• Perform Project Planning, mainly at the project scheduling and reporting levels, both for internal projects and external related planning.• Ensuring that the projects follow sound methodology and execution practices and that an integrated schedule control process for the project’s entire scope of work is provided.• Communicating appropriate scheduling information to customers and other stakeholders effectively and in a timely manner to achieve desired understanding.• Analyzing project requirements with the project team and checking that all essential work activities have been identified in sufficient detail to serve as a basis for developing realistic project schedules.• Monitoring project progress and regularly analyzing project critical paths to ensure all critical path activities and project milestones are progressed to the plan.
Qualifications for the roleYou are engaged in Project Planning or Project Scheduling, with at least 3 years of experience as a Project Planner or similar roles.You can demonstrate your experience with effective communication with both internal and external clients, as well as have the ability to manage project planning with an organized, methodical and results-oriented approach.You have extensive experience working with MS Project, Primavera P6 or other Project Management tools.You possess a professional degree, desirably in Engineering, as well as a Project Management training or certification.You can communicate in Spanish fluidly, and feel at ease holding basic conversations in English (basic to intermediate level).You have availability to travel upon Project requirements.
