No two days are alike in this fast-paced, fun, and never-boring position, as the instructor collaborates with local businesses, families, and agencies to create individualized employment plans, identify job opportunities, and provide necessary accommodations. The role involves facilitating the development of employability skills such as communication, problem-solving, and teamwork, while supporting interns in securing internships, enhancing job-specific skills, and navigating transportation. Additionally, the instructor tracks student outcomes, coordinates job placements, and ensures compliance with relevant regulations, all while promoting a supportive and productive learning environment.
