How do you excel in this position\n

The Project & Service Administrator plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Stark Tech Ballston Spa, NY office. This position provides comprehensive administrative support to the Operations Team, ensuring seamless coordination with internal departments, customers, management, subcontractors, service providers, and employees. The role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED Required. Associate's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.\nTwo (2) years of reception, clerical or administrative experience required.\nAdvanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite required.\nPrevious experience with AIA pay applications preferred.\nPrior experience using multi-line phone system preferred.\nStrong communication and customer service skills required. \nAbility to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.\nAbility to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.\nMust be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.\n\n
