NexGen is looking for a Project Service Lead to join our team in the Franklin, TN office.

Qualifications Who we want… (Requirements)The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing business systems or IT- related roles, with a strong background in construction management, or a 4-year bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, construction management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of both. Experience in a corporate environment, particularly within a construction or engineering firm, is preferred.
Must possess advanced computer skills, including proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and construction-specific software such as project management and scheduling tools. Familiarity with system integration techniques and database management is also highly desirable. The ability to oversee multiple system implementations in a construction context while ensuring alignment with business objectives is crucial. Candidates should be adept at leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.

This role is Hybrid with weekly travel to NexGen’s Franklin, TN headquarters. In-person requirements will be determined by business need. Travel expectation ranges from 10-20%.
What we expect… (Essential Functions)Oversee the implementation, integration, and maintenance of enterprise-wide businessRegularly assess and optimize business systems for performance, scalability, andCoordinate the efforts of shared service IT professionals and businessCoordinate with shared service IT for consistent system applicationWork closely with construction management, project teams, Gray teams, and others to meet diverse stakeholder needs.Facilitate communication between IT, operational and executing teams for adequate systemManage the deployment of new systems and upgrades, ensuring timely, effective and budget- compliant delivery.Develop and manage project plans, allocate resources, and monitorRisk Management and Compliance:Ensure business systems are secure and compliant with Gray policy and industry standards.Develop and implement policies for system integrity, security, andEstablish and enforce data governance policies and standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all business systems.Collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to define data management strategies and bestMonitor data usage and quality, implementing corrective actions to maintain dataEnsure compliance with Gray policy and global data protection regulations, including GDPR and other relevant laws.Manage relationships with Gray Shared Services, external vendors, and serviceAct as the primary contact for business system-relatedReporting and Analytics:Develop and maintain reporting tools such as the NexGen Common Operating Picture (COP) and Business Intelligence Picture (BIP) for real-time BI dashboarding.Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and support strategicEnsure business systems support the company's operations, considering regulatory, legal, and cultural differences.Coordinate system support and troubleshooting for all NexGen hubs andParticipate in developing Technology and business system strategies that align with long-term company growth.Physical Demands & Work Environment
