This new team member will manage all aspects of Abbott’s Clinical Trial Diversity projects, ensuring on-time and within budget completion. This role will support the operational arm of the Diversity in Research (DIR) Office. **What You’ll Work On** + Support the operational arm of the Diversity in Research Office, taking on operational responsibility. + Partner with DIR office Co-leads to design, communicate, and implement operational plans for projects supporting Abbott’s Clinical Trial Diversity approach across the portfolio. + Support communication and outreach efforts in partnership with corporate public affairs. + Monitor progress and performance against the project plan. + Direct project execution by assigning tasks, tracking project schedules, identifying risks, and developing and executing contingency plans. + Communicate project status be preparing standard status reports and participating in departmental and project status update meetings. + Resolve project issues by working with team members, project customers, and others as appropriate. + Cultivate a wide range of internal networks and develops an extensive network of resources to facilitate task completion. + Support external DEI initiates as decided by Abbott. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience + Minimum 2 years’ Related work experience with a good understanding of specified functional area. + Working technical knowledge and application of concepts, practices and procedures. + General understanding of business unit/group function. + Will perform this job in a quality system environment.
