Energy Efficiency, Electrification and FLM  

Location: Michigan (Remote – Home Office with Some Local Travel)

To support our growth, we are currently seeking a Project Lead in our demand-side management division to lead and grow ICF’s energy-related pilot programs. You will assist in the management of energy efficiency pilot programs, build relationships with clients, design/implement program strategies and plans, research and introduce new technology/program designs, as well as develop and execute marketing and recruiting strategies. We are looking for passionate teammates to execute pilots and test emerging technologies to assist our clients in transitioning to a clean energy future.

What you will be doing: 

Delivering best in class pilot projects Managing and building a client relationship Conducting analyses to determine cost effectiveness, energy savings, market potential, non-energy benefits, and viability for emerging technologies and program delivery strategies  Designing projects, including identification, analysis, and selection of appropriate demand-side management measures and development of effective delivery strategies Program implementation including development and execution of detailed and effective implementation and management plans, quality control, or program evaluation Staying up to date on emerging technology and new delivery mechanisms in energy efficiency, flexible load management, and distributed energy resources  Managing goals and budgets along with providing regulatory support Building and maintaining relationships while driving customers towards the implementation of energy performance improvements through the use of existing market knowledge and proven energy efficient technologies Must have a reliable vehicle for local travel. Requirements are between 5% to 20% of the time(Monthly). (reimbursement for mileage provided)

What we need you to have (minimum qualifications): 

Bachelor's degree in (Energy, Environmental, Economics, Sciences, Policy, Business, Engineering or related fields)(candidates can substitute one year of experience for each year of education)Experience analyzing complicated data sets and reporting through technical writing and presentations Experience working in the commercial and industrial sector

Ability to quickly shift priorities and handle multiple projects at the same time  Experience working on energy efficiency program budgets and providing regulatory support  Experience working on consulting projects for utilities, state energy offices, state/local governments, and regional non-profits Ability to establish influential partnerships at all levels Demonstrated experience with business development and client development Recognized internally and externally for expertise in functional area Industry certifications, professional affiliations, and publications Passion for triple bottom line sustainability

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$71,958.00 - $122,328.00
