**Our Industrial Client is looking for a Project Specialist!** The Project Specialist oversees projects from order receipt to payment, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and compliance with customer specifications and SPUSA policies. They coordinate with departments, maintain strong customer relationships, and aim to achieve or exceed the booked margin, with occasional guidance from the Department Manager **Pay 45-60k per year based on experience** **Job Expectations:** + Acts as central contact for Clients for all aspects of order. + Ensures expeditious communication with customers on order changes, status updates and issues. + Manages factory order packages through completion. + Manages changes to orders. + Responsible for on-time delivery of hardware and software. + Ensures job close-out financial performance is greater than or equal to booked margin + Keeps management appraised of financial progress of job + Other duties as assigned **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering or 6 years equivalent education and experience with project management and knowledge of pump manufacturing. + Experience with engineered products, quality principles and related technical knowledge. + Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work with internal and external customers. + Ability to work in demanding conditions.
