**The Opportunity**
This position works out of our Alameda, CA location in the Diabetes Care division where we are focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology. **This is an onsite role in Alameda, CA.**
As the Project Specialist you will manage & support product readiness processes (New SKU, GPS, AFS, CR) and product obsoletion processes (EOL) involving working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
**What You’ll Work On**
• Manage & support New SKU / GPS/ AFS / CR / Revocation processes. Regularly revising & updating relevant work instructions & procedures.
• Manage & support all stages of product obsoletion process (EOL) in Agile and Veeva, creating execution plans and working with cross-functional teams and workflow approvers.
• Act as a liaison between the team and business partners to establish standards for development and maintenance of enterprise systems (IT, Veeva, Agile).
• Map current processes and perform gap analysis and recommend solutions. Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project(Veeva report, Agile report, Excel report).
**Required Qualifications**
Associates Degree
Minimum 1 year of related work experience with a good understanding of specified functions in a medical device industry and/or multi-division business unit.
Experience working with Agile, Veeva.
**Preferred Qualifications**
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient use of Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
Strong written and verbal communication at all organizational levels.
Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.

The base pay for this position is $79,500.00 – $138,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
