In addition to our core facility and project management capabilities, our platform offers direct access to our Best-in-Class services, including ESG, Security Consulting, Workplace Strategy, and Workplace Experience. **About the Role:** As a CBRE Project Specialist, you will support the facilities management team in successfully fulfilling the clients' requirements. You will also monitor projects for clients, with direct accountability for project delivery. **What You’ll Do:** + Organize tenant improvement and life cycle projects, including but not limited to; scope of work, develop workplans, review specifications and drawings for the projects as assigned by the client, health authority or the Operations Managers. + Liaise with internal CBRE teams to discuss scope of work, impact to operations and maintenance activities both during and post-project implementation, client/site protocol requirements and project scheduling timelines. + Participate in producing cost estimation/budget preparation to submit for funding approvals. + Prepare and complete the bid/quote packages and processes, approval submission process to the Operations Manager(s). + Monitor the project activities with trade contractors, and site facilities team to ensure that projects are completed on schedule and with minimal disruptions to operations. + Liaise with the Finance and Operations Managers to discuss and resolve issues of funding, procurement and billings associated with each project. + Prepare weekly reports regarding the progress of the active Minor Works, Life Cycle, and Ad-hoc Life Cycle projects to the Operations Managers. + Aid in the development and improvement and company standards, policies and procedures. + Coordinate and ensure completion of account-specific program deliverables, such as Health & Safety, Training, and Quality Management, etc. and report to next level of management. + Coordinate monthly reporting requirements, such as Health & Safety, Quality, Training, monthly status reports, project governance, etc.. + Assist or manages special assignments in line with project goals. + Perform other related duties as assigned. **What You’ll Need:** + Minimum 5 year' experience within project control or project coordination. + Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, or a relevant discipline. + Knowledge/understanding of Occupational Health & Safety Act, building codes and applicable standards/regulations. + Effective communication skills with ability to excel in a team environment. + Intermediate to advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office Suite (Excel and Word). + Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. **Why CBRE?** We lead by example, guided by the needs of the cities we inhabit, the communities we build, and the world we live in. The salary range being offered for the Project Coordinator/Specialist position is between $85,000 annually and $95,000 annually. The compensation provided to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
