Project Specialist - GM
**Job Description** Responsible for using AutoCAD for updating, maintaining and creating construction drawings, Also responsible for maintaining physical drawing archives, and providing specific drawings to clients upon request. Also maintain and update digital site infrastructure through online data system as needed. **Job Responsibilities** + AutoCAD operator requires extensive working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit to create and modify technical drawings. + The Ability to analyze design sketches and specifications to create technical drawings. + The ability to use online data systems to organize, update and maintain site infrastructure data + Strong attention to detail to ensure drawings are accuracy according to specifications. + Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with building managers, engineers, and other professionals. + Time management skills to work with multiple projects and competing deadlines. + Knowledge of engineering practices and industry design standards. + Revising models and drawings to comply with changes during construction. + Manage contractor hours and distribute manpower reports. + Process and Track project requests for the campus + Maintain accurate records and managing drawing archives, preserving, organizing, and making accessible the collection of historical architectural drawings, including blueprints, sketches, specs, and manuals. By maintaining the existing catalogue of drawings and ensuring drawings are readily available by request. **Qualifications** + Bachelor?s degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related curriculum. + Minimum of 1 - 3 years of AutoCAD experience + Analytical skills: An Archivist decides which drawings should be preserved; thus, they need to be able to determine the importance, origin, and history of the drawings they work with. + Computer skills: An Archivist needs to access databases and other electronic management tools. + Good communication: Archivists interact with the public, helping them retrieve information or providing presentations, being able to communicate well is important. + Organizational ability: Archivists need to store documents and records in a way that?s easily retrievable, developing logical systems for both them and the public to use. + Technical skills: Much historical material needs to be analyzed and preserved. \#FS-150 **Education** **About Aramark** **Our Mission** Rooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.
