**Required Education/Experience** + Associate's Degree Electrical Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electromechanical Engineering Technology, Electronics Technology, Energy Technology, Telecommunications Technology or equivalent degree and 8 years of work experience with relay protection systems or equivalent is required or + Bachelor's Degree Engineering or equivalent degree and 6 years of work experience with relay protection systems or equivalent is required or + Master's Degree Electrical Engineering and 4 years of work experience with relay protection systems or equivalent is required **Preferred Education/Experience** + Master's Degree Electrical Engineering and 4 years of work experience with relay protection systems or equivalent is required **Relevant Work Experience** + In-depth knowledge of relay software and its applications. Required + 2 years' experience scheduling, planning and coordinating meetings, events, and other team functions. Required + Strong computer skills, including the Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Required + Must be well organized, detail oriented, flexible to handle multiple assignments and able to meet deadlines) Required + Must possess informal leadership and interpersonal skills and have the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
