Project Superintendent

Job Description:

As a Project Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in leading pre-construction meetings, coordinating temporary facilities, and creating safety plans. Your responsibilities will include managing subcontractor contracts, ensuring adherence to quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) programs, and supervising jobsite efforts. Weekly safety meetings, time and unit recording, as well as regular communication with the Project Manager will be part of your duties. Your day-to-day tasks will involve daily scheduling, manpower management, city inspections, and document management. Your role will also involve punch list administration, ensuring all items are reviewed and completed in Procore. This role demands strong organization, communication, and meticulous attention to details.
