Job Title: Project Superintendent
Job Description

As a Project Superintendent, you will oversee pre-construction meetings, coordinate temporary facilities, and develop safety plans. You will manage subcontractor contracts, ensure adherence to QA/QC programs, and supervise jobsite efforts. Weekly safety meetings, time and unit recording, and regular communication with the Project Manager are also part of your responsibilities. You will handle daily scheduling, manpower management, city inspections, and document management. Additionally, you will be involved in punch list administration, ensuring all items are reviewed and completed in Procore. This role requires strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.

ResponsibilitiesOversee pre-construction meetings and coordinate temporary facilitiesDevelop and implement safety plansManage subcontractor contracts and ensure adherence to QA/QC programsSupervise jobsite efforts and conduct weekly safety meetingsRecord time and unit data and maintain regular communication with the Project ManagerHandle daily scheduling and manpower managementCoordinate city inspections and manage project documentsAdminister punch lists and ensure all items are reviewed and completed in ProcoreEnsure the construction project is executed according to design, budget, and scheduleSupervise and coordinate various contractors or individual tradesEssential SkillsMinimum of eight years supervisory experience in similar facility construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work proceduresAdvanced understanding of construction scheduling and cost controlMinimum OSHA 30 safety certificationStrong leadership, management, and accountability skillsUnderstanding of design and construction documents and contractsKnowledge of LEAN, BIM, and Sustainability practices and systemsAbility to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groupsStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office, project management systems, and scheduling softwareAdditional Skills & QualificationsFour-year engineering degree or equivalent combination of technical training and/or experienceAbility to ensure client satisfaction and maximize company profitability within a safe environmentBroad range of people skillsStrategic thinking with the ability to resolve routine issuesWork Environment

You will be working in the field on projects at Disney World, which could include hotels, restaurants, convention centers, and tenant improvement projects. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00
