CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Project Superintendent/Construction Manager to join our Commercial & Institutional - PMCM/OPM Team at a client site in Harrisburg, PA. 

YOUR IMPACT

We provide the necessary tools and skillset to effectively manage construction projects from schools and apartment buildings to municipal buildings and warehouses.

 

The Project Superintendent/Construction Manager will be a primary point of contact, representing CHA at the project site. The professional in this role will be responsible for providing overall on-site field administration, support, some supervision, inspection, and technical management for construction operations. The Project Superintendent/Construction Manager will coordinate and execute the work, along with the Project Manager, in accordance with the plans/specifications and remain consistent with the project schedule.

REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferredMinimum of 5 years construction site managementSite management experience required OSHA 10-hour certification preferredCSL preferredGood communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with Microsoft Word and Microsoft ExcelAbility to work independentlyAbility to travel locally as neededAbility to read and comprehend construction plans and documentsStrong site management experienceDetailed reporting experienceAbility to build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, and general contractors  CULTURE/EEO STATEMENT
