We are seeking a Project Supervisor to join our team in San Antonio, TX. In this role you will oversee the management and development of construction projects, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion. The role involves supervising new projects, monitoring current projects, and leading teams/business partners to achieve desired outcomes.

Defined projects from job definitions, network integration needs and connection pointsManaged overall path planning review, including site pictures, node integration and area resources including buildings, ground, and aerial assetsParticipates in the development of “Project Packets”Drives projects through systems for final development and budgetingSupports the design team with the development of site plan and images, site asset lists, defining labor and material needs, permitting requirements/needs, infrastructure nodes and plant, connection points, locates services and city/county/state requirements and restrictionsCompletes site surveys; verifying paths, locates and equipment neededLeads project development for new proposed projectsProject walkout expert related to project makeupOversees the day to day & overall project timelinesManages damage claim process; communicates with customer/homeowner/crews, completes damage claim investigations, ensures proper damage claim resolution and maintains damage claim recordsOversees multiple stages of projects, keeping systems and records updatedOversees business partners in various stages of projectsEnsures compliance with city, county, and state requirements and restrictionsDelivers high-quality workmanship in accordance to project specificationsChampions safety, ensuring safe work practices are implemented and followed across all team membersRequirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Prior knowledge or experience with aerial and underground construction, network operations and associated inventory for both RF and Fiber, bucket truck workNetwork and asset knowledge and planning to include Aerial and Underground assets and network inventory knowledgeAbility to read and understand maps, drawings, and diagrams for project build processExcellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to learn and utilize software systems, Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel, Word and OutlookAbility to communicate effectively with internal and external customersSafety first approach to leadershipAbility to lift and carry up to 50lbs as neededAbility to complete work outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working while standing up to 70% of the timeAbility to safely work and navigate various terrains and job sitesAbility to travel, open to a variety of schedules; nights and/or weekends as neededValid driver’s licensePassing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Employer
