Essential Functions

Primary responsibilities include:
1) Project Planning and Scheduling: Assist in developing project plans, including defining scope, objectives, and timelines. Create project schedules and coordinate tasks to ensure timely completion. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
2) Resource Allocation:Allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, for project tasks. Work with team members and departments to ensure availability of necessary resources.
3) Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control standards and procedures to meet food safety and regulatory requirements. Conduct inspections and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle.
4) Communication: Facilitate communication between project team members, departments, and stakeholders. Provide regular project updates to senior project supervisors or management.
5) Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery.
Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
6) Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and records. Ensure that all project-related documents are accurate and up-to-date.
7) Cost Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses. Identify cost-saving opportunities and work to keep projects within budget.
8) Supplier and Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment for projects. Manage relationships and negotiate contracts when necessary.
9) Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts and issues that may arise during the course of a project. Work to find amicable solutions and maintain a positive working environment.
10) Reporting: Generate regular reports on project status, including progress, budget, and quality metrics.
11) Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce safety protocols and practices to protect employees and maintain compliance with safety regulations.
