Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with the owner to ensure smooth, successful project operations—aiming for precision, efficiency, and fun.
2. Lead on-site liquidations—directing your team, and maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere.
3. Proofread, edit, and enhance sales listings to boost item appeal.
4. Research rare and unique collectibles, applying attention to detail for successful sales.
5. Oversee auction processes, including coordinating bidder pickups and uploading final photos.
6. Manage supplies and technology, ensuring the team has everything needed to succeed.
7. Rally your team to meet goals, maximize productivity, and maintain high energy.
8. Ensure safety and compliance by reporting incidents and following protocols while maintaining a positive work environment.
9. Act as the team’s point of contact, handling concerns, managing attendance, and fostering an upbeat and fun work culture

 Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience.
- A knack for leading teams in fast-paced environments.
- Team player with strong people skills.
- Organized with a sharp eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
