GENERAL FUNCTION

The Project Supervisor is responsible for all project-related tasks within the Managed Vision Care team. This individual serves as a managed care subject matter expert on cross-enterprise projects, coordinating with managed care account managers to ensure business continuity. Responsible for SOPs, communicating procedural/ policy changes and product launches, and managing weekly transactional and status reporting and one-off reporting.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Electra North America – MVC

Managed Care SME for Project Electra team, serving on commercial strategy and other workstreams. Ensure all requirements (IT and legal/contractual) of managed care program configurations are respected within Electra solution. Assist in developing solutions to close gaps between Electra capabilities and current state.

MVC Operations for Non-Integrated Programs

Work with lab operations and IT on maintaining and expanding VSP lab network to meet organizational need and contractual obligations. Collaborate with internal IT and external Eyefinity/VBA teams to resolve order transmission/status issues as they arise. Provide a go-forward solution for the VSP lab-supplied frame program, ensuring the solution meets contractual requirements and maximizes organizational synergies. Partner with customer service to ensure training needs and escalations are managed. Participate in the payment reconciliation process and collaborate across the organization to ensure prices are kept current and order status is regularly sent. Collaborate with the accounts payable team and invoice approvers to ensure timely payment of VSP vendor invoices.

Initiatives & Projects

Identify and coordinate tasks required for completion of projects in coordination with the team. Provide insight/ progress and bring back actionable items from stakeholder meetings. Manage interdepartmental coordination with account associate and account AM to ensure smooth project/initiative execution. Be point of contact for project related activities for IT, QA, and lab network. Provide a Monthly Project Update Report to management that includes risk and issues tracking; project status updates. Reduce negative financial impact by following up with the partner and base lab pricing teams to ensure correct implementation of product and price lists. Provide Internal and External Stakeholder communications that include product and pricing, lab changes, customer service updates and lab operational communications.

Unity Project Management

Work with Supply Chain and Rx Operations teams to ensure network’s needs for sourcing and requirements are met. Solve with Compliance to fulfill Unity product vouchers through our lab network. Lead product launches for new Unity products within lab network.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Associate degree or 3-5 years of program/ project experience required. Experience creating SOPs. Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate between business and technical teams. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Advanced Microsoft Office Suite.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Ophthalmic, healthcare or pharmaceutical operational industry experience. Oracle, SAP, Salesforce & Power BI.
