We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and exceptionally organized candidate to join our Program Management Support team. This role is crucial in assisting our global Program teams during the design and development phases of Zebra products.

Project Support:
Create Purchase Orders, Purchasing Card, and Stock Orders based on requests, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to processes.Maintain basic knowledge of order administration policies and procedures.Handle import and export documentation for both domestic and international shipments.Accurately record and track all stock, Pcard, and SOW orders.Respond to global Program Management and internal inquiries about order status and invoice follow-ups.Manage materials, including ordering, receiving, storing, and distributing program materials worldwide.Coordinate with other departments to resolve invoice issues and communicate stock order availability dates.Assist Program teams with financial oversight, including monthly budget closures and reconciliations.Track and audit program deliverables.Develop, maintain, and provide training on PMO processes.
Additional Responsibilities:
Offer expert guidance on essential database tools used in program management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Program Management activities and processes.Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Qualifications
Preferred Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Work Experience:
1-2 years of relevant experience.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).Strong communication skills, including active listening and providing clear, concise information.Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail and quality.Strong adherence to processes.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft business applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.Solid professional work behaviors, such as reliable attendance, teamwork, and time management.Intermediate problem-solving abilities.Qualifications:
